Last week, we hosted our first ever Summer Splash Pool Party! The event was a great success and everyone had an awesome time! The theme was Summer Olympics and we held games geared towards that theme.
The winners of the games were awarded gold, silver, or bronze medals and we we also gave away some awesome door prizes! We are so thankful for our amazing patients and are so excited to we were able to share this event with them.
We also want to take this opportunity to stress summer safety–especially with dental injuries! Nice weather means a lot more running around outside, games with balls, and a lot more activity. This can lead to an increased risk for teeth getting knocked loose or even out!
If you have a dental emergency where you have a tooth knocked out, be sure to call your dentist as soon as possible. If possible, rinse the tooth in warm water and put the tooth in milk or saltwater on the way to the dentist.
